Ingénierie des systèmes d’information et de décision

Les travaux menés au sein de l’équipe ISID sont centrés sur le thème fédérateur de l’ingénierie des systèmes d’information et de décision. L’enjeu scientifique est de concevoir des modèles, des méthodes, des techniques et des outils pour l’analyse et la conception des systèmes d’information et de décision, applicables par toutes les organisations confrontées à cette problématique. Les activités de l’équipe sont structurées autour de trois axes :

  • Les systèmes décisionnels,
  • le web sémantique,
  • la qualité des systèmes d’information.

Les membres de l’équipe ISID sont reconnus et ont une longue expérience dans le domaine des systèmes d’information. Ils ont contribué aux méthodes et outils actuellement couramment utilisés dans ce domaine et ont rédigé plusieurs ouvrages. En particulier, ils ont introduit des techniques d’intelligence artificielle pour automatiser des tâches jusque là laissées à la charge du concepteur. Ils ont aussi été précurseurs dans l’élaboration de méthodes de conception de systèmes d’information décisionnels, et plus particulièrement des entrepôts de données. Ils ont mis l’accent sur le développement de techniques de conception avancée des bases de données, telles l’intégration, la classification, la rétro-conception. Ils sont également présents dans les comités des principales conférences et revues académiques du domaine.

La maturité des techniques de conception de systèmes d’information et le consensus sur un ensemble d’étapes et principes à respecter sont notoires. Les recherches s’orientent désormais vers des problèmes dits de conception avancée. Ces techniques permettent des améliorations locales ou globales de la conception des systèmes d’information.

    • Résumé: Le profil du joueur, y compris ses émotions, impacte la conception des jeux. Afin de proposer une meilleure expérience aux joueurs et de proposer un jeu particularisé, le jeu doit être adaptable en fonction du contexte global du joueur. Le projet vise dans une approche holistique qui combine à la fois l’individu et ses émotions, et, les influences de l’entourage qui va du bâtiment lui-même à l’atmosphère que dégage le lieu. . Il s’agit en premier lieu d’élaborer un modèle conceptuel du jeu pervasif adaptable basé sur les émotions. La deuxième étape sera de développer une approche d’ingénierie situationnelle du Système d’Information pour ces jeux. L’approche doit être appliquée au domaine des jeux pervasifs mais rester en même temps assez générique pour pouvoir être par la suite étendue aux autres domaines (par exemple, aux jeux dans le contexte médical ou d’apprentissage). La dernière étape sera consacrée à la mise en place de la plateforme correspondante.

    • Résumé: Collaboration des équipes ISID (Nadira Lammari, Nada Mimouni, Hammou Fadili), MSDMA (Nicolas Thome) and EE SD (Véronique Legrand) Il y a, de nos jours, une réelle prise de conscience que la sécurité n’est jamais acquise. Comme souligné par les professionnels de la cybersécurité, face à la complexité et la prolifération des attaques, une surveillance continue de la sécurité du Système d’Information (SI) est plus que jamais nécessaire. Cet objectif nécessite la mise en œuvre de plusieurs activités, y compris l’analyse des causes profondes des incidents de sécurité, connue sous l’acronyme anglais RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous souhaitons tirer profit de la capacité du « Machine Learning » (ML) à apprendre de masses de données et des capacités de raisonnement humain dans des contextes complexes afin de concevoir et mettre en œuvre une approche guidée qui aide, non seulement, à l’explication les incidents de sécurité mais qui apprend et transmet également les connaissances et les compétences métier. La transmission des connaissances en analyse de la sécurité fournira aux experts en sécurité des capacités défensives et offensives. La transmission des compétences en ML donnera aux experts en sécurité plus d’autonomie dans le choix l’orchestration et le calibrage des algorithmes.
